Entries will be accepted beginning at 12:01 AM ET on October 4, 2005, and ending
at 11:59 PM ET November 1, 2005. Entrants may at times receive offers from Chanel.

One winner will be selected by random drawing on November 8, 2005 from among
the entries received by 11:59 PM ET on November 1, 2005, and will be notified
by e-mail by November 15, 2005. The prize is a full size Poudre Lumière
Shimmer Powder and a full size Pinceau Lumière. Approximate retail value
of the total prize is $79.50. If the winner can not be reached within 10 days
of the drawing date, an alternative winner may be selected.

One entry per person/e-mail address. The authorized account holder is the natural
person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider,
online service provider, or other organization. Entries that are lost, late,
misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by
reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion,
or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in
its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of
tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise
in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate
or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures
of any sort. All decisions of the judges are final.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize not transferable.
